Room 302 Check-In

Guests who have uploaded their identification documents in Step 1 can collect their key from the mailbox at the hotel entrance.

Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, please open the dial lock on the mailbox labeled “Aruter Hotel Sapporo No.302”using the code “338” and retrieve the key inside.

ホテルエントランスに到着されたら、「Aruter Hotel Sapporo No.302」のポストにあるダイヤルキーを「338」で開け、中の鍵をお取りください。

For late-night check-ins, we kindly ask that you enter and exit quietly.
