宿泊約款 / Terms and Conditions of Accommodation
第1条（適用範囲）
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
当ホテルが宿泊者との間で締結する宿泊契約およびこれに関連する契約は、本約款の定めるところによるものとします。
Contracts for accommodation and related agreements concluded between the hotel and the guest shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
本約款に定めのない事項については、法令または一般に確立された慣習によります。
Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws or generally established customs.
第2条（宿泊契約の申し込み）
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
当ホテルに宿泊を申し込む際には、以下の事項をご提示いただきます。
When applying for accommodation at the hotel, guests must provide the following information:

第3条（宿泊契約の成立）
Article 3 (Formation of Accommodation Contract)
宿泊契約は、当ホテルが宿泊申込を承諾したときに成立します。
The accommodation contract is considered established when the hotel accepts the guest’s application.
第4条（チェックイン・チェックアウト）
Article 4 (Check-In and Check-Out)
チェックイン：午後4時から午後10時まで
Check-In: From 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
チェックアウト：午前10時まで
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
予定時間を超える場合、追加料金が発生する場合があります。
Additional charges may apply if the designated times are exceeded.
第5条（宿泊料金のお支払い）
Article 5 (Payment of Accommodation Charges)
宿泊料金は、原則としてチェックイン時または事前オンライン決済にてお支払いいただきます。
Accommodation charges must, in principle, be paid at check-in or through online prepayment.
支払い可能な手段は、現金、クレジットカード、電子マネーなどです。
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and electronic money.
第6条（宿泊契約の解除）
Article 6 (Cancellation of Accommodation Contract)
宿泊者が契約を解除する場合、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
If the guest cancels the contract, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 宿泊日の7日前まで：無料
- Up to 7 days before the accommodation date: Free
- 宿泊日の前日：宿泊料金の50%
- The day before the accommodation date: 50% of the accommodation charge
- 宿泊当日：宿泊料金の100%
- On the day of accommodation: 100% of the accommodation charge
無連絡の場合も宿泊料金の100%を請求いたします。
Failure to notify will also incur a 100% charge of the accommodation fee.
ただし、予約サイトを通じて予約された場合は、そのサイトの約款およびキャンセルポリシーが優先されます。
However, if the reservation was made through a booking site, its terms and cancellation policy shall prevail.
第7条（利用規則の遵守）
Article 7 (Compliance with Rules of Use)
当ホテルでは以下の規則を遵守してください。
Please comply with the following rules while staying at the hotel:
ハウスルール
・土足厳禁です。
・電子タバコも禁止です。
・音楽・テレビの大音量禁止です。苦情が出る、注意しても改善されないなどは退去していただきます。
・ゴミは分別してください。（通常清掃では対応できない状態の場合、別途清掃料や損害賠償請求となる可能性があります）
・節電・節水にご協力ください。
・ベッドでの飲食は禁止です。
・鍵の紛失は鍵の交換料をご請求します。
・室内の設備品は室外へ持ち出し禁止です。
・建物、室内、備品の破損、汚損があった際は別途ご請求となります。
・建物、室内、室内備品による事故やケガは一切責任を負いません。
・宿泊者以外の出入りは禁止です。
・トイレはトイレットペーパー以外のものは流さないでください。（つまりの原因によっては全額弁償していただきます。
・滞在中、お部屋の清掃は入りません。簡単な清掃用具はご用意しております。
・タオルはおひとり様につき、フェイスタオル、バスタオル一枚づつです。
・チェックアウトは１０時です。時間厳守でお願いします。過ぎた場合は１時間につき5,000円のご請求となります。
・部屋に残されたものはすべて廃棄しますのでお忘れ物はないようにご確認ください。
ハウスマニュアル
・室内に備え付けられた家電や備品は取扱説明書の通りに使用してください。
・給湯器は温度調節のみ可能です。
・備え付けられたハウスルールや、注意事項は厳守してください。
・緊急時の連絡先は日本語以外通じない場合があります。
第8条（責任の範囲）
Article 8 (Scope of Liability)
当ホテルは、宿泊者の施設内での事故や盗難について、宿泊者に重大な過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
The hotel is not liable for any accidents or thefts occurring on its premises unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the guest.
第9条（個人情報の取り扱い）
Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)
宿泊者から取得した個人情報は、適切な管理のもと、宿泊サービス提供および法令遵守の範囲内で利用いたします。
Personal information obtained from guests will be managed appropriately and used solely for providing accommodation services and complying with laws.
第10条（管轄および準拠法）
Article 10 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
本約款の準拠法は日本法とし、本約款に関して紛争が生じた場合、札幌地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court.

本約款は2024年10月に制定されました。
These Terms and Conditions were established in October 2024.
